These terms apply when you use elixbeverageco.com (the "Site") or buy from Elix Beverage Co. ("Elix", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

Elix drinks are non-alcoholic (0% ABV) beverages sold in 355 mL cans. We do our best to describe products, ingredients and nutrition accurately. Always check the can label for the most current ingredient and allergen information.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error; if we cancel after payment, we refund you in full. Orders placed through an AI shopping assistant or other app are treated the same as orders placed on the Site.

Shipping

We ship within Canada only, as set out in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe, your order repeats at the frequency you chose until you pause or cancel it from your account or by emailing us before your next order date.

Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. All content on the Site, including the Elix name, logos, label art and photos, belongs to Elix or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
